This isn’t just about your wedding day, or even the pictures, it’s about You and that future forever person. Think of me as an extension of your bridal party. I will be there through the whole day to witness you smile like never before, to laugh your heart out and capture those true emotions that we might not bring out in our everyday life. I'm here to get most out of your wedding day!
My approach
01.
Fill out the form
Once you have decided, fill out an inquiry form and I will get back to you as soon as possible to schedule a meeting.
02.
We chat for a bit
You, your partner and I will meet over video chat where we have a chat to get comfortable with each other. At the end of the day, this is your special day and need to be comfortable. From there, contracts and invoices are sent and we stay in touch right up to your special day. We will also have a pre-wedding meeting to discuss details leading up to the day.
03.
Picture time
THE BIG DAY! You be yourself while I capture those special moments along the way. I will also be there to help lighten the day and try to get the most memorable moments captured for you forever!
04.
Delivering photos
After your day, I will send through some sneak peaks within 2-3 days that you can share with family & friends. In 4-6 weeks, you will be sent a link getting access to your entire wedding gallery for you to download and share around!
Do you edit your photos?
Yes I do! All of my images are captured on a mirrorless camera in RAW format to ensure that I get all the information in the image. I edit every single image to my style which takes time but ensures that I am happy with 100% of the photos that you receive. Check out my portfolio or socials to see some recent shoots I have completed.
How many images do I receive?
From previous shoots, you can expect to receive between 50-75 photos per hour of coverage (This can vary from the size of your wedding). I do capture so much more than this but I cull all the photos from the day to the very best one for you to look back on forever.
Can you help with organising out the timeline of the day?
100%. I can help you by advising you on timings of the day to allow enough time for the important parts of your day. I like to ensure that this is a stress free day and as easy as possible. And don't worry, I will make sure you get to spend as much time with family and friends as possible.
Do you travel?
I mainly do most of my shoots around the South East Queensland area, however, I am always open to travel for your day and can discuss additional cost for this (Pending on distance outside of South East Queensland)
Do you do other types of photography at all?
Yes I do. I am always open to different types of work and just love to be behind the camera! In the past, I have done Couples Shoots, Maternity Shoots, Family Shoots and even Events. How long have you been a wedding photographer for?
I captured my first wedding in September of 2024. I was always wanting to push into wedding photography but just didn't know anyone getting married at the time to offer to get experience. I remember in May of 2024, I got 2 enquiries, on the same day, for a wedding photographer and I was over the moon! I went on to capture 5 weddings in 2024 which I wasn't expecting at all. Since that first wedding, I have gained some incredible knowledge and confidence to capture that special day for you and your future to be!
What if I don't know how to pose?
I never really liked the word 'posing' and find that it can make people feel awkward and not know what to do. But as your photographer, I will be there to guide you into some natural positions that will look great for your photos. I may tell you to say stuff to your partner to try get some fun shots and capture that raw emotions. I also like to do some interactive shots where you feel a little more relaxed, because at the end of the day, why spend most of your bridal shoot standing in a line for your photos! Let's have some fun!
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes I do. Typically, I will do 50-50 payment as default. This means, 50% as the down payment and 50% one month before your wedding day. However, I also understand that this may be difficult for some people and for this, I can offer monthly payment options if you have difficulty with something like a 50-50 payment.
